  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days following receipt of payment.

2. Domestic Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery is within 10–15 working days from order confirmation, depending on your location and unforeseen delays.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship to countries other than India.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

5. Packaging & Logistics

  • Leidenschaft manages fulfillment in-house, ensuring careful packaging and delivery quality.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

6. Order Modifications

  • To modify or cancel an order, please reach out promptly. Changes after dispatch may be impossible to accommodate  .

7. Right to Refuse Orders
