1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, before processing begins. Once production or dispatch has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible  .
2. Refunds & Exchanges
- As these are bespoke, handcrafted items, refunds are generally not permitted.
- If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we offer an exchange or repair on a case-by-case basis.
- Please contact us immediately, providing photos and a description of the issue.
- Once we verify the concern, the item must be returned in its original packaging for assessment.
3. Conditions & Processing
- Acceptance of return or exchange depends on condition, type of defect, and product category.
- All refunds (if any) will be processed via the original mode of payment.
- Any cancellation accepted after production begins may incur a restocking/design fee as applicable.
4. Final Sale Items
- Custom or personalized pieces, limited editions, or one-off designs are non-returnable and non-refundable unless proven defective.
